Keebo refusing to refund fraudulent transaction

Hello, I'm not sure what to do and am confused. Keebo has refused to reimburse this fraudulent  transaction for the past 2 days, and i also had more than ten transactions that I did not make were declined a month ago. I have reported these transactions and they have disregarded my emails, as well as my request for a replacement card. Now that this purchase has gone through, they're telling me that my card information isn't safe, despite the fact that I've only used this card once a few months ago and requested a new card . What am I supposed to do now? i am not paying for £329 that i didn’t make. i also have access to this card all the time and hasnt been in anyone’s else possession

    If their final decision is that the transactions weren't fraudulent, you'll need to go to FOS.

    Raise a complaint with them. If they do not resolve it in 8 weeks or send a deadlock letter you can go to FOS.
