    FWiW, I doubt that solar panel installers are struggling to find work at the moment. Even without Government support, PV solar panels are a good investment.
    There have been several recent threads on the "Green & Ethical" board from people struggling to get quotes for solar PV installations. Suppliers are booked up for the year and wholesalers can't always get stocks of panels etc. to service their customers.
    Adding incentives at this time is unlikely to help; it'll be like the Green Home Grants all over again.
