Court mediation and changing my mind
Comments

Hi, yes you are right, I can't change my mind. I didn't realise thats what mediaton was, I really thought I would just be able to explain that I lived in the building and had a permit and that would be that. I've written to the landowner (who I also pay service charge to) and asked them if they can cancel it.0

You could sue the managing agent for causing this loss to you. But it would require a cause of action and properly pleaded case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well the landowner has asked me to send them a picture of my permit and a copy of the fine so I'm hopeful they might be able to cancel it! Gladstones have emailed me this morning with a completely different (higher) amount than was agreed in mediation. Idiots.0

Send a copy of Gladstones email to the Mediator and tell her it's this sort of rubbish that is why no-one should be bullied at mediation re a scam parking charge and it is appalling that the court was supporting the rogue claimant and pushing the victim to settle.
Say you felt utterly bullied and railroaded and you want to complain.
Ask her to send her a copy of what you signed and to explain if you are bound by it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
