HIP's PACK, cheapest I could find.

I have just put my house up for sale and was told I needed a HIP pack, I shopped around and found that EP-Grp.co.uk were the cheapest I could find at £285 plus VAT. This was for a complete pack with the energy certificate included. Has anyone found anywhere cheaper where I am dealing with real people. thanks
