I am a customer of Virgin why can’t I get the new offer because they are only offering it to newbies

This is plainly a bribe to attract new customers
What about loyal customers who miss out again they simply put up their prices every year
i would change suppliers but none of them can guarantee my landline would keep the same number which is essential to me as a vulnerable person so I am stuck
where is the justice in that???????

You are not and never have been entitled to anything discount wise being an existing customer/

Find a new deal and bounce it off Virgin, see what they say.
