Homesdirect365 - scam or OK?

We ordered an item from homesdirect365 on 24th May with an expected delay of 21 days before it was dispatched (why 21 days ?) anyway - they took the payment on 25th May and we have heard no more - I emailed sales, twice, on Monday and again this morning - no response
Has anyone any experience of this company ?
