My eurostar train was severely delayed, so I booked a new ticket on the earlier Eurostar train (which was also delayed!)
Would I be entitled to a refund of the eurostar train as I did not even go on it. From what I can see from their website, I can claim partial compensation but I don't want....I want a full refund of the train ticket that I did not go on because it was delayed?

Were you at the station when you discovered a train was delayed? I think I would have asked them to rebook me on an alternative train, which they did on the one occasion when i have been in a similar situation, rather than buying another ticket. However, you are where you are.I've found Eurostar to be responsive when I've contacted them via twitter. Maybe try on there first.
