• Prize package for 2 adults and 2 under 16s.

• Flights: Return flights from select major international airports in the UK to Orlando, Florida

• Rental Car: For 6 days to be collected/dropped off at Orlando International Airport Florida. Incl. GPS hire

• Accommodation: 5 nights’ luxury hotel accommodation in Orlando, Florida

• Roundtrip economy / coach flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) from select major international airports in the UK to Orlando, Florida flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available, flight itinerary will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion;

• Accommodations for five nights in hotel accommodation with a minimum 4-star rating in Orlando, based on sharing one quadruple occupancy room for two adults and two children under 16;

• The trip must include a Saturday night stay; 

• Accommodations do not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, will be the responsibility of the Recipients; 

• A credit card for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit card; 

• Accommodations will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion; 

• Prize Package is for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;  

• At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; 

• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time; 

• Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; 

• Once booked no changes to the itinerary will be permitted;

• Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the prize package destination or the country of departure;

• All recipients must be in a possession of a valid passport for the duration of the trip. All recipients are responsible for obtaining any other documentation required for travel to and entry to the prize package destination; All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel;

• Any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;

• For car rental, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license, any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental, a valid credit card in the name of the named driver will be required for security deposit purposes when renting the car, and this card will be charged a penalty if the car is not returned with a full tank of fuel;

• The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;

• Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;

• The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value;

• If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities then Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion;

• Astronaut Training Experience® is available on select dates and will be advised at the time of booking, reservations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance, experience is available for participants aged 10 and older; anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult; some height and weight restrictions apply on certain simulators; shorts or trousers recommended (no skirts); athletic footwear preferred; participants must be free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, recent injuries or other conditions that could be aggravated by these experiences, pregnant women are unable to participate; the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex℠ is a working launch facility, as a result, all tours and times are subject to change with no notice;

• All tours and experiences will be conducted in English, due to safety instructions and the interactive content essential to this program, all guests must be fluent in English in order to participate;

• Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex℠ activities will take place on two days of the trip. The other two days will be free for the winners to use as they please;

• Nothing in this travel package authorizes any person to use the Walt Disney Company’s and its affiliated companies (collectively, “Disney”) name, brand, intellectual property, characters or reputation in conjunction with this travel package or any prize promotions whatsoever and that a valid promotional agreement with Disney is a precondition for use of this prize package in association with Disney’s name or Disney-owned intellectual property;
