Law firms such as PGMBM and Keller Lenkner use Shieldpay’s platform so they can focus on what they do best.

If you are still concerned then contact PGMBM and ask them.

I have many concerns about 'Shieldpay', Not only do they want bank details but seemingly won't payout unless the recipient does online banking. Unable to contact them by 'phone - the published number is just a message saying contact online only - takes 14 days.

Spoke with my bank today - only one person in the branch had heard of Shieldpay, a floor runner person; the assistant bank manager had not heard of them. Their best advice was that only need to give Shieldpay bank sort code and account number - logging onto 'online' banking via the Shieldpay portal was leaving my account open to fraud etc.0

Had a similar email from Keller Postman for the same kind of claim. Called bank and they told me not to use the link or give out anything other than sort code and account number. It does seem genuine as have had emails from them previously and it does look legit but very wary. Debating opening an account for the purpose.
