Unpaid item dispute

Hi everyone, i opened an unpaid item dispute with ebay on the 8th December and the buyer still hasn't responded.

I've never done this before, so what will my next step be?

Any replies will be appreciated x

Go into your dispute console in ebay it will say whether you are eligible yet for your FVFS to be reclaimed, if so go into the dispute and close it using the option that you no longer wish to communicate with the buyer and he will get a strike.

EDIT: Just noticed the date..you might be a few days early yet as the dispute needs to be open for 8 days before it can be closed.

Thanks soolin, i don't have that option at the moment so shall check it out once the 8 days are up.
