A bit different to previous deals like the one I took with £400 getting £40 after 6 months IIRC. At present my fund has lost £31.60 but due solely to the £40 is still in profit of £8.40. A 7.35% loss at the current time isn't great although I did chose "ambitious" as my plan which is just one down from "adventurous". It is a long or at least medium term investment of course.

Apparently, I cannot create an account as I already have one, according to Wealthify, when I typed in my email.

Have never deposited in one, however, I recall clicking on a link in Starling Marketplace once, so perhaps joined that way 🤷‍♂️

No login details in my password manager either.

    Oh well.

Not going to bother chasing as I clearly wouldn't be considered as a New Customer now anyway, so not entitled to promotion.

Is there a forgotten password or reset option?
You may have some funds/rewards already waiting!
  • Currently -£20 down on my 400. Should of picked the safest option, no point get 40 quid if you lose 40 quid... Glad I did not pour any more money in. I pick the middle option "confident".

Even safer bonds have fallen substantially due to rising interest rates. Some low risk options have suffered more than higher risk equivalents. Investments are for the longer term. A medium risk option should be held for a minimum of 5-10 years to avoid selling at a loss.

Did a password reset and it was literally my email address recorded in there. Absolutely nothing else. No personal details, bank details or plans.

Have created an account with another email address I hold, however, they need to do some more checks as for some unknown reason, they cannot verify me electronically, like everyone else can.

I shall not be sending any documents in to them, so let's see what happens next.

At least you have control back for the existing account.

I did £1 transfer test yesterday, manually. If you transfer money manually, how long will it take from your Bank AC to reach Wealthify

They say up to 3 working days, although it is hard to see why it would take that long unless they are manually processing each incoming transfer. I've also got a payment pending since yesterday.
