Is the fix deal you are looking at in the Martin Lewis deals to consider

Do you mean that your fixed tariff is ending and you have been offered a new fixed tariff? The capped tariff is the SVT.
You will need to give a bit of details like the rates you have been offered and what your usage is.

Current plan is house moving plan ends june 22 - £479.76 standing charge 26.598p per day unit rate 3.328p perkwh
standard variable is £943.93 per annum
fixed is £1312.83 per annum to may 23 standing charge 31.329 pper day unit rate 10.528 p per kwh
estimated consumption 11501kwh gas pa0 -

If you are just looking to fix gas and the price is 10.528p kWh for the offered fixed deal it's going to be tough to recommend taking it as it's so close to what the predicted price point for the October cap will be.
And even now predictions for that are being raised or lowered depending on whether the quarterly reviewed price cap comes in for Jan 2023.0 -
