Bathroom fitter not honouring Guarantee

Hi,
Last year we had a complete bathroom refurbishment done for which the bathroom fitter gave a written two year guarantee on all works.
This year we have discovered a crack in the new plaster work. We have contacted the bathroom fitter but he is ignoring our calls/messages.
What should we do?
Many thanks,
M

Follow the correct process; give a final chance with a date by which they must reply, or else you'll get someone else in to fix it and sue them

Give them a fair chance to reply, tho'.

Do you have Leg Prot on your house insurance?

Big crack or hairline?  Hairline you can possibly fix yourself and repaint the area affected.  It shouldn't be necessary but isn't life too short to fight battles over trivia.  A large crack may be a different scenario.
