sorry for delay. The issue was an apparent missing page in the will. It has four pages - two with the actual wording , the cover and the back of the cover. All are numbered but the scanning company missed the number on the otherwise blank back of the cover. A bit of digging reveals that scanning errors are frequent.the solicitor sent me a scan of the entire will when it was released, so I attached that to my reply. Further digging reveals that if the will has double sided pages, plaster it with post it notes to make sure that the scanning company actually notice and do their job.I will chase again in a week or so as all trust in the system has now gone.0
