    We had a similar discussion a couple of years ago, when Mr Woodler was awarded personal injury compensation.

    We looked into the pros and cons in depth and he ultimately decided against a Trust - as he was entitled to do. It’s not a condition of the award that it *must* go into a Trust.

    A Trust will suit particular circumstances, but if your circumstances are unsuited to a Trust, there is no obligation to set one up.
