Parking Eye Selfish Parkers

It appears the Director of Parking Eye is a hypocrite, thinks its ok to "fine" selfish parkers and that the government suggested figure is to low but then goes and does it himself.

That supercar looks like it is parked across not 2 but 3 bays. Wonder whose it is.
And we know from the news about it, that this fire was last Tuesday lunchtime and no-one was hurt and it was resolved within 90 minutes, so it's not as if this is out of hours panic or a situation where anyone has had to move their vehicles.

Don't want excuse anyone who's being an entitled twonk but any chance that he was pulling in, saw the fire engine and parked quickly to check that everything was relatively ok before moving the car?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Oh wait, of course there are no parking restrictions at most PPC HQs.
One rule for them...
Perhaps a McLaren Supercar is entitled to three bays. Normal people wouldn't know.

Hate to be the party pooper, but looking at the picture i wouldn't describe that as selfish parking. The car isnt causing any obstruction, the roadways are clear , it doesnt appear to be causing an issue for those with a disability and so on.Yes its not parked in a bay, but does it matter? the answer here is no. if it was a busy site then the answer would be different. The fact that a PPC would issue a parking charge notice for such a thing however does matterFrom the Plain Language Commission:

Everyone else manages to park in a bay.
But not the driver of a £160K McLaren...
