Neat place to sell my car these days

Hi there
ive noticed some new companies offering to buy your car so wondered if anyone has any idea of the best way to go.
I have a 2003 Berlingo needing new clutch and break pads nokusnother niggles so thinking it’s time to sell it and get something different.
webuyanycar quote very high compared to previous times I’ve sold my bangers - a bit less when I say what is damaged - are their quotes reliable?  Any others worth trying?  I’ve never got more than £150 in the past.  Wondering whether to try them, somewhere else, or it’s better trying to get a few hundred on Facebook.
Thanks very much

For cars at the older/cheaper end of the scale, i would recomend Facebook, but you will get a lot of the i will give you £100 or ghosting, but if you can deal with that its the best option.

Alternatively Ebay, less hasstle, but the fees are quite a bit.

Car prices, particularly at the lower end, are pretty bonkers at the moment, so you're going to be offered more.

I'd be inclined to list it on Facebook for maybe 1.5x the WBAC with a clear list of faults, and/or stick it on eBay with the clear list of faults.

Someone will quite happily buy it, fix it up (hopefully) and stick it on a forecourt for £4k+.

Write clear list of faults selling for repairs/scrap. If/when purchased get them to sign a "bought as seen and tested." Time the sales agreement along with date their signature/address etc.

    Thanks so much all
i See what you mean about cars being pricey at the moment!

Like triple what you would pay for these a couple of years back!!
I think I will try eBay but not sure about getting people to pay that sort of amount through eBay. Then there’s the fees. Will look into it.
that’s an interesting one about signing for it sold as seen.  I worry it could put some off.  Will defo list all faults to cover myself though.
    Thanks again
