Hi i paid for a return trip to Spain flying 31 march and returning 14 april using MyTrip.com and paid to TRAVEL TO AND RETURN with my 20kg luggage suitcase. Flight out was all ok with Ryan air but when i went to check on on return flight with Vueling my 20kg luggage was not included. After stressful calls and waiting for over 2 hours to MyTrip i was told (after they cnfirmed and agreed that i had indeed paid for the luggage cost both ways) to now pay for the luggage fee for this journey back and i will be refunded on proof of purchase/receipt of this cost Euro41as they cannot change it from their system and apologies as somehow the luggage was booking was missed. I have spoken to 3 "customer service agents" after again waiting for between 1 hour to 90 minutes each time who have now agreed that they will refund and have given me a reference number of my communication with an email from them to confirm this refund. I have now got 2 other email addresses from MyTrip.com and after 4 email chase ups every 10 days i still have not received my refund. I always attach the receipt/proof of payment on my emails to them. This cant be right as I am disappointed at how My Trip has not only treated me but also their lack of regard for customer service and response. Are they a good company??? I am not sure about ever using them unless i get satisfaction soon. Can you assist and advise. Thanks LK My ref is (Removed by Forum Team)

In answer to your question 'Are they a good company?', 2 minutes on Google throws up a wall of reviews of this company, all of them negative.
This is a typical example:Always book a flight directly with the airline or ensure your UK agent is ABTA or ATOL protected. Mytrip.com is based in Greece and operates under several brands and has thousands of negative reviews of people getting scammed on the Web. We wish we had checked before booking with them.Why did you choose them?
