Vaillant Turbomax 242 Hot water issue

Hi
Hot water works fine but when we turn it off and back on again straight away it does not, the boiler does not fire up and no hot water demand light, if we wait 10/15 mins it's fine again.
The pressure is at 2, it the same on kitchen and bathroom taps which are both mixers.
Any idea what could be causing this please.
