Clearscore Alert - Unknown New Account

Hi.
I received an email from Clearscore today to say that a new account is being added to my credit file. I haven't applied for anything recently, so this was instantly suspicious. The alert has very limited information and just says new account "Fluid ****".
Obviously I'm concerned that someone may have opened an account in my name. It's definitely not me. I assume the account is linked to Fluid.co.uk (never previously heard of them, but just googled Fluid account). I've tried to phone them and it just cuts me off and I can't find an email address or anything. Does anyone have another suggestion on how to sort this?
Thanks

There are various contact methods here.

You could also dispute it via the CRAs. Make sure you check all your files to see if anything else has appeared.

I've raised a dispute with Equifax via Clearscore.
There's a few other soft searches carried out that I don't recognise, but I used a comparison site for something a couple of weeks ago and think it led to a few different soft searches by various companies.0 -
If a new account has been opened in your name it would have been accompanied by a hard credit search, is there evidence of this?If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.
