If it’s the one registered on companies house, it’s gone into liquidation. Directors are normally not personally liable, from my limited understanding.Look on Companies house and if you think it’s the same Global Hoppers as yours, try contacting the liquidator? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Has the company number remained the same?
This will be essential to determine what your best course of action is.💙💛 💔0 -
The sole previous director Himayat Ali still appears to now be running this travel company

Looks like your company went down the Pan voluntarily owing a 6 figure sum.

As I understnad it the directors can be personally liable if they were 'wrongfully trading' , which as I understand it means trading while they knew that there was no reasonable prospect of the company avoiding insolvent liquidation, and they caused additional loss to the company and its creditors, but otherwise they aren't (that being the 'limited' element of a limited company - it is liability which is limited! And I think that proving they were wrongfully trading would be tricky. I think it is one of the things a liquidator checks for as it's a criminal offence as well as opening the directors up to personl liability.elsien said:If it’s the one registered on companies house, it’s gone into liquidation.
