Help with ASOS refusing refund with missing parcel

Hi we are having a nightmare getting a refund from ASOS and need some advice. 
We should have recieved two parcels from them but only recieved one.
They provided us with a photo of the package from the courier DHL apparently outside of our open door.
Suffice to say it wasn't our door. When we explained this they said that they were satisfied the parcel had been delivered as the courier stated it was delivered to the right gps location and the investigation was now closed.
None of our neighbours has a door like the one in the photograph
The value of the missing goods  with next day delivery is £138.
Any help would be amazing. Thanks in advance
