Accidental over limit - late payment marker

My own fault
Completed a balance transfer on my Virgin credit card early in the day, made a few transactions in the afternoon
Realised the next day I'd gone over my limit as I forgot about the BT fees and made a payment via the app
No issues with the fees, they were clear I just forgot to take them into account and I'll have been over my credit limit by about £100 for 12 hours or so
What are the chances of a late payment marker in this case? I'm guessing the answer is 'likely' just checking if anyone had any specific experience with Virgin in a similar situation
TIA

More importantly is to determine if you've lost the BT offer (I'm assuming it was at 0% or a low APR).
Call them to find out and if it's been removed, apologise and beg for it to be reinstated. Hopefully, they'll show some goodwill.
It is when all the full debits take you over that it will incur charge/be reported. Just the fact you had a negative available balance does not count.
In terms of the overlimit
The spend that took me over my limit occurred late Friday, the payment that took me back under early Sat and yesterday due to the delay in pending transactions being processed the app showed me as over my limit yesterday, but with funds available
I'll see how things go
