Case discontinued!!  Received an email from DCB to inform me they filed a discontinuance with the court. Didn't even start on my WS yet as court date was still over a month away!

As always I'm very grateful for the amazing support on this forum, huge thank you to you all! Onto the next one..

It is likely to be imminent, so keep your eyes peeled in early 2023.

We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA gaslighting of people.

Thanks for this @Mouse007. I didn't receive a notification - there have been a number over the past few weeks when the notification hasn't been shown against my profile line at the top of the page - yet another frustrations with the site!

@patient_dream (thank you) has however updated the DCB Legal to bring the shameful number to 80. And whilst I've not worked out the percentage of cases opened here that have resulted in discontinuation, I'd wager it's pretty much near 100%. I don't recall any that have gone totally pear-shaped for the RK.

WE must await the next DCBL utter crap claim from UKPC and indeed the two man band called Group Nexus

And we see other scammers being drawn in the fly splatters we see in most Restaurants
