I had booked to see Uriah Heep at the Symphony Hall in October 2020 and it has been rescheduled twice, once to last year, then again to this year - October 2022. We are not able to go to the new date. However, the email advising us of the change of date states we can only get a refund if we let them know by June 2021 (the email was sent last April 2021). Obviously we did not know in April 2021 what we were going to do in October 2022. Am I still able to get a refund or not?

I'd have thought that if they gave you two months a year ago to decide whether or not to take a refund or to accept the rescheduled date, that you are probably stuck with the new date.
It's not really any different from buying tickets a year in advance and then finding you can't attend.0 -
As above, you were entitled to a refund when the gig was rescheduled, so that would have been the time to take them up on the option. It's reasonable for them to set a deadline for refunds.0
