Just checked and yes, the interface is totally different from what is was when I did my previous withdrawals (the latest being March this year).coyrls said:
Ok, must be a recent change, a signature was still required for a non-UFPLS withdrawal in March this year.Notepad_Phil said:
I'm with ii and my UFPLS request used to be like that, but when I did one last month everything had changed and I was able to do the complete request from one online session and 5 working days later the money was in my bank account.coyrls said:
Really? You can fill in the form online but then you need to print it, sign in, scan it and then send it back (online). I tried without a "wet" signature and they didn't accept it.mat1964 said:I've done everything with II online. No paper forms or phone calls required- everything worked fine.

There seems to be some contradictory info about II procedures.
According to this thread ( last post) taking the 25% PCLS resulted in significant amount of communication.

It's just a series of on-line questions. I did this recently with II for a PCLS. Forms took less than 10 minutes to complete and funds were sent in 5 working days.Albermarle said:There seems to be some contradictory info about II procedures.

The question was whether the process could be done completely online and following recent changes it can be done completely online. The other thread was complaining about the questions that must be answered. II have implemented the requirement to explicitly offer access to the Pension Wise service. You just need to say that you are happy to proceed without consulting Pension Wise. I guess it's a question of how flummoxed you are with the questions. It's quite easy to breeze through them. As the process was different the last time I did it, I checked it out to see the changes.
