Has anyone used this group for Iva and are they helpful ?

    Stick to one thread. It’s less confusing. You still need answers about whether IVA is the right solution first.

    Yes and with Hanover insolvency so if they are good . I will
    like to go ahead with it if I get the go ahead from
    people
    who knows the ins and outs

    I used Hanover for my IVA and they were always very good on response times and keeping me updated. The fees didn't seem to be crazy, and I was able to pay off early with no hassle.

    First though, you need to consider *IF* an IVA is right for you - speak to the proper debt advice charities to explore all the options before committing, and use the excellent advice on these boards too.

    Thank you very much . I have spoken to a few and they are seem to say Iva is my best option . Thank you

    Ok please calm down and stop panicking and breathe.

     DO NOT GET AN IVA

    From reading your other thread it is not a suitable debt solution for you. So let this thread drop and go back to your other one. I’ll post a link to an SOA over there and if you’d be kind enough to fill it in and post it someone will help you.
