Stick to one thread. It’s less confusing. You still need answers about whether IVA is the right solution first. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Yes and with Hanover insolvency so if they are good . I will
like to go ahead with it if I get the go ahead from
people
who knows the ins and outs0 -
I used Hanover for my IVA and they were always very good on response times and keeping me updated. The fees didn't seem to be crazy, and I was able to pay off early with no hassle.
First though, you need to consider *IF* an IVA is right for you - speak to the proper debt advice charities to explore all the options before committing, and use the excellent advice on these boards too.My debt-free diary: Go your own way

Ok please calm down and stop panicking and breathe.
DO NOT GET AN IVA
From reading your other thread it is not a suitable debt solution for you. So let this thread drop and go back to your other one. I’ll post a link to an SOA over there and if you’d be kind enough to fill it in and post it someone will help you.0 -
thank you very much0

I think you need two SOAs, one for now and one for September. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
