Finding someone to remove loft insulation / clean up the loft

If there was a loose layer of vermiculite, there is a very remote possibility of finding asbestos mixed in with it depending on the source - A mine in the USA (Libby, Montana) quarried the raw vermiculite, but it also contained small amounts of asbestos..But it sounds like a survey was done by the solar panel installers, and nothing of concern was found.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
