Does anyone know how to actually speak to someone at Evri? 

Their robot customer service chat function doesn't actually resolve my issue (which is that the delivery driver is repeatedly not coming to pick up the parcel) and the only route I can find (Twitter) was met with a less than helpful response. See picture.

Any ideas how to get through to them?

    The customer service chat is an automated bot, not a real person.

    I have the same problem today. I arranged for a Wednesday collection as my parcels must be delivered on Sat or Sun because that's the only days the recipients are in. The courier never came to collect the parcels. I want to cancel my orders but there is no information on the Evri site about how to do that, and none of the contact numbers I have found here on MSE or elsewhere 1) actually connect to a real person, 2) are automated bots that offer no menu choices for my problem, or 3) are contact numbers no longer in service.
