Just Go Holidays cancelled my break

Just Go Holidays have cancelled my short break without notifying me - I only found out when I tried to pay the balance.  Now they say my deposit won't be refunded until 22nd July!!! Can they do this??

They can certainly cancel, but they definitely should have informed you.
a refund on 12 days is pretty quick.
do you have the booking terms and conditions? Or can you access them on line?
what does it say about cancellation by them?
I’d expect a full refund.
what have they said about not notifying you?

A month & 12 days....

Hopefully they will re-pay you by then.

I’d be asking why didn’t they inform?
and why the wait for the refund?

but basically yes they can do it.
