Fed up with Virgin credit card customer service!

Hi everyone, first time here!
Was wondering if anyone else has had problems trying to speak to someone at Virgin credit cards?
Managed to talk to someone yesterday and was told I would be contacted about my problem the same day!  Waited till 10pm last night and nothing!
I'm pretty certain if I had a late payment to them someone would soon be on my case!

    I doubt it. You'd see it on your next statement and may get a separate letter a few weeks later, but no more than that.

    Give them a call back or chase them up online. You were most likely just over-promised, without the agent knowing the workload of the complaints team.
