Another DFS issue 🤦🏼♀️

Short version is I bought a sofa 3 years ago which I’m still paying off.
All the seats are horrendously dipped and one of the USB charging ports doesn’t work.
Had DFS out today who’ve said it is expected wear and tear and that’s it
basically.
Do I have any rights here or do I just need to accept it?

After 3 years, you're going to struggle to prove it's an inherent fault.
I'm also not sure what the expected life span of a DFS sofa is, but three years is probably not too far short of the expectation.
The USB port may be something you'll just have to live with, but there will be restuffing options for the seats.1 -

Never again will I buy from DFS. It’s been sinking since day 1!0 -
A sofa should last longer than 3 years.
You say 'paying it off' - I assume then you have some form of credit?
If so then you have rights - the credit provider is equally as liable as DFS
Find out who the credit provider is and ask them to open a section 75 claim0
