URGENT HELP TICKETMASTER

We bought tickets for a concert back in 2020 which had to be cancelled twice due to Covid.
The concert is now going ahead on the 16th June 2022. We have received a number of emails from Ticketmaster reminding us that the concert is next Thursday, and also offering to sell our tickets if we cannot attend. However when we go onto our account ( website and App) there is also a mention the tickets were bought. The general information on the website says that the tickets for this concert are now available to be downloaded. However there are no tickets showing up on our account, it says we have no up-and-coming events. We have used the customer services email on more than one occasion and never had a response. So we have a concert next Thursday we have paid to see, no tickets, no access to tickets, no customer service telephone helpline that we can use and no response from Ticketmaster.
Has anybody else encountered this problem?

Try their social media channels? Other than that, there's not much more you can do.0

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I have tried to shame them on Twitter but I just got a message this morning saying if we have submitted customer service request we will get a response..... followed by messages about all sorts of concerts we might be interested in booking through their website. Needless to say I wont be using them again

What's the concert ? I have confirmation of a concert next Thursday night but e-tickets aren't being issued until 5 days before event ?0

I am embarassed to say but its B***y Ma****w !!
Received emails telling us tickets are ready to download, and when you go on their site it says the tickets for that concert are available to be downloaded...... by everyone it seems but us!
Thanks everyone for taking the time to respond. I've had the same problem with Expedia recently.They are quick to take the money but make it almost impossible to speak to a human being to get a straight answer to a query. Needless to say I won't use either site again and if posts like mine deter others from using them and getting a poor service then at least my experience has had some benefit.1 -
In which case it's not the same one (and even if it were I wouldn't be owning up to it)

Are you sure that you are logging into the correct Ticketmaster account? We have two and had a similar 'issue' some time ago. Seems we were looking at the wrong account.1

Are you looking in the right place, it will just be a small clickable link to download , apologies if you know exactly what you are doing.0

Make sure you do not have a pop up blocker activated. If you had the same problem on another site.
Another option try a different browser. or computer if using a Mac.Life in the slow lane0
