Is the cost of this patio about right?

The job is as follows.
Currently 25m2 of decking that sits on top of the original patio that came with the house when new.
The above 25m2 to be replaced with Porcelain slabs from London Stone circa £50m2 for the slabs, old decking and patio taken away, new base plus slabs laid including an edging of bricks so the new patio stays at the same height as current decking , all materials and labor included in the price, should be 7 ish days work.
Quoted £5k, good or bad anyone?

Yep I had a very similar job done about 18 months ago - £5k is on the cheaper end of standard.1

Sounds like a good price. We paid £2300 for 16m2 poreclain tiles which include removal of old patio and new base

£5k. Me and my mate did the patio here and I bought him a beer in the pub afterward! seriously though if you are parting with that sort of money, make sure the people are genuine, known locally, so that if something starts to slip or sink after 2 months, you know you can get hold of them and call them back.1
