Hi, im currently £650 in credit and my tariff ends this month. I can switch to a fixed tariff at £2632 for the year. Am i right in thinking that the £650 will come off that total so it would be £1982? i have tried to call my supplier but couldnt get through after 90 mins of waiting. If anyone here can advise that would be great.

Depends on your supplier, some are good at this and some are rubbish.
Technically you are correct and don't forget the £400 to come off your bill starting in October for six months for £66.66 each month.
