1. The prize is as described at point of competition entry and may differ from the apartment image shown.

2. No cash alternatives, vouchers or refunds available. The prize includes accommodation for up to four people sharing a two-bedroom apartment, staying at Byron Woolacombe Holiday Apartments, Byron Beach Road, Woolacombe EX34 7BS

3. The prize is non-transferable, subject to availability, excludes School Holidays and Bank Holidays and dates between 21st October – 5th November (both dates inclusive) as well as, 23rd December 2022 – 4th January 2023 (both dates inclusive). The prize is available from 16th September 2022 until 16th March 2023. Prize must be booked with Byron Woolacombe Holidays before 31st December 2022.

4. Any travel expenses, and/or any other expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the prize, that the winners or their guests incur are the sole responsibility of the winners or their guests. Spending money, optional activities and personal expenditure or incidental costs are the responsibility of the winners. Travel to the holiday location is not included.
