Amazon says my items were delivered today but I didn't get them

Hi there,

I got a message saying my items were delivered today, but I didn't get anything. They were two items from two different sellers, but were meant to have been sent together. I can't see any option to contact anyone about this, under my order I only have the option to track, where it says it was delivered (but it was not!), and the option to leave feedback, which obviously isn't what I want to do, and return the items, that's not it either!

Any idea what to do, who to contact? This online shopping malarkey can be more hassle than it's worth it, but there are many things these days you can't really find in the shops that easily.

Is there an option on the tracking for more  details of tracking- in  small writing.

I had a parcel marked delivered but when I clicked on the details it was our for delivery and then delivered 260 miles away.

Amazon cancelled the order and I ordered again- they could not arrange to send another one.

The original turned up in the same delivery with the second one but its box was rather bashed.

You'll have to contact Amazon. They can claim from the courier.

Thank you. All clear now. Turns out well meaning neighbour saw it outside, it was raining and took it in. PHEW

Always check with your neighbours.  We've taken deliveries in that couriers have left unattended and in the open on doorsteps.
