1.The Promoter The Promoter is Filippo Berio UK Ltd, Premiere House, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 1JH. Filippo Berio is a registered trademark of SALOV SpA, Via Montramito, 1600, 55054 Massarosa (Lucca), Italy. The prize is provided under the law requirements for the UK. 1.1 This prize draw is open to UK entrants aged 18 or over. 1.2 Employees of the Promoter or any associated company and their immediate family as well as sponsors of the Prize Draw and their employees and judges of the Prize Draw and their immediate family, or anyone else involved in the organisation of the Prize Draw, may not enter the Prize Draw. How to enter 2.1 To enter the Prize Draw entrants must answer the question correctly on the back the Promotional Filippo Berio ‘Jubilee Recipes’ booklet distributed in The Sunday Times and Mail on Sunday newspapers on Sunday 5 June 2022. Only one entry per household. 2.2 Entries must be made before 11.59pm GMT on 05.08.22 to be valid. Winners will be randomly selected and contacted shortly after. 2.3 Entries received after the end of the Prize Draw Period will not be valid. 2.4 No third party or automated entries are permitted. 2.5 Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions and competition entry signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Winner selection and contact 3.1 The Promoter will select at random at the end of the Competition Period. The decision of the Promoter shall be final. 3.2 No correspondence will be entered into respect of any decision made in connection with the Prize Draw. 3.3 At the end of the Competition Period, the Promoter will contact the winners via email whereby the Promoter will organise the delivery of the prize. 3.4 If any winner fails to provide these details to the Promoter within 14 days then an alternative winner will be chosen. 3.5 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. 3.6 All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize(s) awarded will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid entries including, without limitation, to require participants to provide further verification. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid. Prize 4.1 There will be six winners altogether. 1 main prize: 1 x Landmann Triton 4.1 MaxX 4 burner BBQ, a stunning Landmann Ball of Fire firepit, and Filippo Berio Hamper. 5 runner up prizes: 1 x Lavender Landmann Piccolino portable BBQ and a Landmann “Chefs For Foodies” BBQ Box. 4.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative, except that in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. Winner publicity 5.1 The promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photographs and location of the prize winners in future publicity material. General 6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions if it has reasonable grounds for doing so. 6.2 By entering the Prize Draw you accept these Terms and Conditions as in force at the time you submit your Entry. 6.3 Any person who provides their Details to the Promoter in connection with this Prize Draw accepts: 6.3.1 These Terms and Conditions; and 6.3.2 The use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purpose of administration of the Prize Draw (including sharing name and address with Landmann the delivery of the prize) and any other purpose for which they have consented.
