Downstairs neighbour's shed preventing access to our wall for critical repairs

A quick scan of small cherry pickers turns up several models that are no more than 780mm wide. On a tracked carriage, they can get into most spaces. As long as there is space to extend the stabilizers/outriggers, I'm sure one could be used. Won't be particularly cheap, but probably less than the cost of scaffolding if the job can be completed in a day or two.bbat said: Some cherry pickers/mobile elevated work platforms can be taken off road, as long as there is enough width for access to get the machine in? I've watched them being used to check bridge structures and trees away from roads.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Perhaps you could send them an offer of an entry into a free draw for a holiday weekend away where they are the only entrant. Then get a builder who does not mind working at the weekend.
Failing that just offer to get the builder to do repairs to their old shed that you will pay for at the same time as the work is done to fix your wall.0
