Checking my Math
Can I please just check my understanding of what is being said?
On my current Octopus flexible tariff I am expecting to pay £2,459.63 (E=3,678.2 kWh, G=16,184 kWh).
Octopus are offering me two fixed rates, they are £3,663.85 and £3,534.70 per annum.
Based on my math this is 48.96% and 43.71% more.
Can I just clarify it is these percentages I am comparing when listening to Martin's excellent advice?
Thank you for your help.

Octopus do not have a competitive fixed rate, confirmed by your figures, this has been discussed on other threads. They have other great products for people with EV's and those that like an educated gamble on tracker rates but if you want a fix you will have to look elsewhere.2
