Student Finance income change

Options
I am applying for my daughters student maintenance grant and they have asked for my tax year ending 20-21. This amount is £38500. However I had been laid off in June 2021 and only just found employment in March 2022.
Due to being between jobs I have not received a P60 for the current year? and only earned approx. £10-11 this financial year
I understand I can apply for a reassessment because my income dropped more than 15%, but if i read it it correct they base the reassessment on the year 22-23 not 21-22 is this correct?
I am looking everywhere for help with the application so any help or websites would be gratefully received.

Thanks

You should have a P60 if you were working on 5 April 2022.
