Once fairly notified it is in error, their continued pursuit is unlawful harassment - see Ferguson v British Gas Trading.

They should still have a record from 2020 as they started proceedings. The responsibility lies with the creditor who has absolute authority to call off their dogs.

The Bailiff Advice Online link isn't working  for me either.

You could try sending a PM to Herbie21 (Sheila at Bailiffs Advice Online) in the hope that she has email alerts set up.

Looks like Herbie21 has disappeared from MSE. Given the dead link to the (former?) website, I wonder whether Sheila is still in business?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

This is a valid link and works for me today and did yesterday; could it be the OP's browser or settings?

I think the OP was referring to the Bailiff Advice OnLine  not working - I too just get a blank page. I'll try it again later in the day, in case it's just a temporary blip.

Yes, pepipoo.com is free to use. Don't try to register with a hotmail address though as it doesn't work for some reason.
