    Good spot!

And KeithP you are right, sorry.

    All down to Gladstones then.

IMHO they caused this CCJ by NOT checking the address for the Horizon one and you have it from the horses' mouth that they easily did that for the LBC one.  There may be a claim filed for that one to the old address by now.

You need to send a robust email demanding to know why they didn't do the same address check before the Horizon default CCJ and you require them to put this right and pay the £108 court fee to cover a consent order to remove the Horizon CCJ immediately and call off John Davies' sister firm, Empira. If they fail to take these steps to put this one right you will report them to the SRA.

As for the LBC (ref xxxxxx) they MUST erase the old address and tell Defence Systems Ltd t/a Park Watch to do the same and to re-issue the parking charge to the right address (they won't, but you say this anyway).

    None of this by phone.

    Hi all,
Received a reply from Gladstone this morning after writing them a robust letter.
They are asking me to confirm my address, registration and full name. I know from reading through previous post it has always been said never give them this information. Is that correct?

How are they going to deal with you and your vehicle if they do not know your details?  What we do say is to not give away your details on the forum as PPCs do read it and they would be able to link what you write to you, which only matters if you are trying not to reveal the driver.

I think the usual advice is to not provide photo ID like passport or driving licence. An image of a redacted utility bill or council tax notification should suffice.

It might be a bit soon - depends on how regularly things are updated by the credit reference agencies.

    Hi

Am I right in thinking that this letter says they are applying for a CCJ against me or is it just scare tactics?

I asked them to resend both the parking fine to my current address but I’ve still not had anything back from the second one.

Any ideas what to do next people??

Neither. They already have a CCJ against you. Find it by checking TrustOnline.

It is not a fine. You need to read the NEWBIES thread section about CCJ set asides.
