Carpet query

Hi
Have just had a carpet fitted and notice the grippers are the old one's we had down originally. We have paid direct to the store for new grippers, my query is do I take this up with the store or with the fitter ? The fitter was booked by the store and I had to pay him direct. The total amount for the grippers was £98.00.

Who did you pay for the grippers? Presumably you only paid the fitter for the actual fitting?0

Yes the grippers where ordered alongside underlay & carpet as recommended by sales person and paid for to company. The actual fitting cost we paid direct to fitter.
