I had a state pension forecast in April 2021 that said I would get £9100 when I retire in May 2022 if I had another full qualifying year from 2021-22.I worked and got that year but my pension is £9100 and there is no extra with the 3.1% inflation rise I have phoned the advisors twice but can’t seem to get them to understand that I should be getting about £280 inflation increase in fact they say I have the correct amount £9100 same that was forecast in 2021 , what can I do ?

I believe the NI records have not yet been updated for 2021/2022.0

Hopefully that’s what’s wrong but why don’t the DWP advisors know that0

You can see that level of detail on your State Pension forecast.
What was the weekly figure in April 2021 and what is it now? As shown on your forecast.0 -
Was £174 .89 forecast DWP advisor told me it’s £175 now0
-
I would ignore what the DWP advisor told you, why not look at your own forecast yourself and see the actual information?0

The forecast before the inflation rise April 2021 was £9100 and now with the inflation rise of 3.1% in April 22 it’s now payable to me as of 25 May 22 £91000

Do you have a screenshot of this forecast?
If so, would you be willing to upload or type out exactly what it shows (as model here).

Ignore annual amounts, SP is calculated weekly so that is the number that counts. The annual amount on the screen, as with the monthly, is a fudged figure. How much are you being paid 4 weekly ? How many payments have you had ?

£700. Only had the small figure of £75 but that was what they said I would get in February followed by my 1st payment of £700 every 4 weeks , I phoned them and they said that was right0

As well as speaking to advisors, have you seen your online SP forecast and NI Record? If it shows that your NI Record for 2021/22 has not yet been updated, that might be the issue. For each year of NI you should get an extra £5.29 per week, so if that is not updated yet, that would mean you should be getting an extra £275.08 a year on to your existing £9,100.
