Refund Advice Swansea Bay Pop Up

Morning all,
Newbie here after some consumer advice. On 08/05/2022 me and my family visited Swansea Bay Pop Up. Swansea Bay Pop Up is a food festival, held over a few weeks with different local food vendors in attendance.
We arrived after pre-booking and ordered our meals. After an hour long wait we were informed from the vendors we ordered our original meals from and not the company running the food festival that a power cut had meant they were unable to fulfill their order and offered us an refund. All orders are done through the QR code app which the festival use.

Luckily I took a screenshot of the original order where it shows “refunded” and was told it should take a few days.
4 WEEKS later and I’m still awaiting my refund. I’ve spoken to one of the organizers and because the refund is being done by the company he says it’s out of his hands. Surely there are legal obligations we’re entitled to after waiting this long. I’ve attached a screenshot for attention.
Thanks
Thanks

Do you have any details of the company running the food stand in question? If not, the festival organisers should be able to provide that.
When you paid for your food, who did you pay? Was it the food company directly, or did you pay via the festival company somehow?0
