help having a nightmare with both my browsers anyone know what to do?

Please help no idea what to do
1st is ie.7
if i click on any messages in my email i get a script error box come up and all my pages have to close down and i need to send an error report:mad:
and on mozilla the pages seem to be three miles long but just the top and maybe one message of a forum then blank all the way down
never noticed this before and is kinda strange
also on hkud some of peoples messages arent being shown

read the malware sticky and move to firefoc with the noscript pluginGOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time.

its really weird i don't think i have a virus.
there are a few problems like missing text or only showing half text(like the bottom chopped off)
on some forums peoples messages arent being shown
and on ie7 i keep getting script error if i click on links etc
its really bugging me0
