Should be a little thumbwheel on the base of the unit. You might need to pop the cover off on the other side where access to the terminals is.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Will have to see what difference it makes. Thanks for finding the manual.0 -
If you have the fan running for 35 minutes every time someone pops in there for a wee, I suspect it'll drive you bonkers.
Isn't it audible? What about at night?1 -
I have 2 lights in that room, its a large bath room in 2 levels. bath area got fan and washing basin /loo area got another light which will not trigger fan. So I instructed my little to use that light normal cases and this one only during shower.

Its not noisy at all as the fan is in the loft. After Day1 check I am absolutely amazed by results. I am not sure still I need 35 min, but I am going to monitor for couple of weeks. Thanks for all your inputs much appreciated.

You're going to need to pop the window open.
Apply the correct paint for that room.
And if were me, I'd go round the walls with a kracher window cleaner to sook up the excess moisture.
Shorter, cooler showers will also help.1 -
