Faulty Boiler

We had a new combi boiler fitted in March this year. Yesterday it stopped heating water. I contacted the suppling company but don't expect to hear anything till Monday.
I just wanted to know. As it is under six months old can I refuse a repair and ask for a new boiler?

Yes off course you've the right to refuse but they also have the right to refuse replacement if your not wanting to except any sort of repair and remove the boiler and give you your full money back.

You can ask for whatever you like, but they’re under no obligation to give you a new boiler. A repair is all they need to do, they don’t have to replace or refund.1
