Prepaid travel card for 15 year old

My daughter is going to a ballet camp in the US this summer.   I'd prefer that she doesn't take a lot of cash with her.   Does anyone know of a prepaid travel money card that a 15 year old can get - all the ones I've seen so far are for 18 years old and over only.

That's right, but she can have something better, a fee-free bank account (choose the Visa debit card):

Sounds very exciting for your daughter.

Whatever you choose, make sure it's a card/account that you can top up easily, should she need it.

I suggest that you might want to consider a Caxton FX card in your name - with her as an additional card holder - 13 is the minimum age for a minor.
You can manage the account online - so if there is a "send more funds" plea, it's easy to action quickly.
There is currently no fee for the extra card - not sure about the main card holder though.
Caxton don't take a fee when currency is withdrawn - however the ATM bank is almost certainly going to do so in the USA.
Usually a flat fee - so it's better to withdraw a larger amount than a series of smaller ones.
